弊社は、メディカル・アフェアーズ（MA）にかかる最新の話題提供および情報交換の場として、メディカル・アフェアーズ研究会（MA研究会）を定期的に開催しております。 この度、第12回MA研究会の日程、演題等が確定致しましたので、ご案内申し上げます。
今回は、武田薬品工業株式会社メディカルアフェアーズ部（日本）のDr. Hamadaに、『Optimizing MA Performance - A Strategic Approach to MA Capability Development』 の演題でご講演頂きます。
Dr. Hamadaは母体胎児医学、妊娠性絨毛疾患、超音波検査を専門として研鑽を積まれた産婦人科医であり、2007年、GlaxoSmithKlineに入社され、Regional Head of the Vaccine Franchise や、Director of Clinical R&D and Medical Affairs of Asia Pacificなどのポジションを歴任し、同社のメディカルアフェアーズの組織と人材を変革し、capability（能力）を育成する重要な役割を担って来られました。 2017年から日本の武田薬品工業株式会社でMedical Research, Capabilities and Excellence Headとしてリーダーシップを発揮されております。 Dr. Hamadaは組織開発の戦略立案、リーダーシップ開発、コーチング、能力開発、人材マネジメントに関し、非常に高い専門性をお持ちです。
Dr. Hamadaは組織が何を目指すかについて明確なビジョンを提示し、それを実現するために個人とチームのパフォーマンスを向上させるべく、情熱を持って先進的なCapability(能力)開発を実践してこられました。 本講演では、メディカルアフェアーズの今後の展望とビジョン、そしてなぜ人材とリーダーシップを開発することがビジョンの実現に必要不可欠なのかについて、また、組織・人材開発についての実例もご紹介頂きます。
Dr. Hamadaの講演は製薬・医療機器会社のMA部門の皆様には大変貴重な機会かと存じます。 是非とも奮ってご参加下さいますようお願い申し上げます。

The 12th Medical Affairs Seminar on 6 March 2019
The Medical Affairs Seminar was initiated to create a Medical Affairs platform for various pharma companies in Japan to learn from the latest trends and to exchange information. We are happy to announce the topic for the 12th Seminar which will be co-hosted by AC Medical and Tardis Medical.
We will have Dr. Hamada from Japan Medical Office, Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited to deliver a presentation on the" Optimizing MA Performance - A Strategic Approach to MA Capability Development."
Dr. Hamada is an Obstetrician & Gynecologist by training with sub-specialization in Fetal and Maternal Medicine, Trophoblastic Diseases and Ultrasonography. From 2007 she had worked for GlaxoSmithKline in positions such as Regional Head of the Vaccine Franchise and Director of Clinical R&D and Medical Affairs of Asia Pacific. She has held influential positions in transforming and developing capabilities of Medical Affairs Organization and Personnel in GlaxoSmithKline. Since 2017, she has been taking leadership as Medical Research, Capabilities & Excellence Head of Takeda Pharmaceutical in Japan. She holds outstanding expertise in strategic planning, leadership development, coaching, capability development and talent management.
Dr. Hamada has been developing MA capabilities starting with a clear vision on where the organization is heading and a strong passion to optimize both individual and team performance with innovative approaches to capability development. Dr. Hamada will present her vision on the future of MA and why developing people and leadership are such essential parts of realizing the vision. She will also introduce some actual real-world examples on how capability development is implemented.
We believe this topic will be inspiring for anybody in MA, and especially useful for MA senior managers, MSL managers and training designers.
